I thought Kefir was made with dairy, what’s the difference?
Fizzy Buoys Kefir Soda is made using kefir water grains called Tibicos Mother Culture. They are thought to have been discovered 2000 years ago on the Mexican Opuntia cactus. Instead of feeding the live cultures with milk. We use spring water, cane sugar and fresh fruits and flavours. The friendly bacteria found in our kefir soda will be different to those found in dairy kefir.
How will my Water Kefir Grains be delivered?
Your grains will be delivered using Royal Mail 48 hours Tracked. They will be posted through your letter box with an easy-to-follow recipe and instructions.
Do I need to activate my Water Kefir Grains straight away?
No! Our grains arrive dehydrated and can be activated whenever you want to start making your Kefir Soda. This is also great if you're looking to purchase them as a gift.
How is Fizzy Buoys Kefir Soda flavoured?
We flavour our products with natural ingredients. Our product contains spring water, kefir cultures, cane sugar, lemon, fig and fresh fruits and herbs.
How do I store my Fizzy Buoys Kefir Soda?
Our product must be kept refrigerated to slow down the fermentation process.
