Our Story

It all started on the allotment. A friend handed us a fizzy homemade brew, naturally sparkling, flavoured with herbs and fruit, and alive with character. We were hooked. That first sip of water kefir (or as we like to call it, Kefir Soda) sparked more than just curiosity, it sparked a whole new journey.

By early 2025, we (Joe and Tomek) were deep into brewing, blending, and experimenting with flavours in our kitchen. We loved the process and the healthful, effervescent drink it created. We noticed an improvement in our digestive health and started swapping our evening alcoholic drink for a kefir soda. Experiencing the benefits, we turned our passion into something we could share with everyone.

We called our brand Fizzy Buoys—because 'Fizzy' says it all about our vibrant, naturally sparkling drinks, and 'Buoys' brings the costal vibe and a feeling of cheerful, optimism and lively state of mind. It's refreshing, natural, and a little bit playful.
